Well, I was supposed to have clinical today…but…I cancelled it.

I have been so worn out lately, it’s been hard to focus. My preceptor wasn’t working this weekend anyway, so I used that as an excuse to not go.

I’m not in any trouble, but now I have to make up those 12 hours somehow in my already busy schedule. Oh well.

This weekend we are house/dog sitting for some good friends of ours. They have the cutest puppies!! (Well, they’re not puppies…but still darn cute!)

Will also met a good friend of mine from TSS today and we bought almost all of her music at the yard sale she was having. Haha. I’m excited about new music, I don’t know about the rest of you.

(Side note: Yay! Finally caught up!)

A wonderful friend from work let us borrow his truck today to move out all our stuff from my storage unit. Yay! No more storage payment!! I’m so glad that’s done and over with. Now I can use that money towards…rent…oh…darn.

But…I did find all this wonderful fabric that I had forgotten about! Man was I excited when I saw that. Some day I’ll have time to quilt again…someday…

Hello everybody, this is Todd. It’s been a minute since I’ve gotten a good shot of a bug. I don’t know why I love bugs…but I do! We found this guy on one of the umbrellas at work. He was a chill little dude. :)

So I’m trying this new thing where I go to the gym…so far it’s kinda working. :)

Today was one of those days where I didn’t want to be there, but at least I was there!

Two big things to talk about today.

First, clinical went really well yesterday but I-am-beat. I didn’t realize how much a 12 hour shift would take out of me. What really bothered me was the fact that it was dark when I went in and dark when I was headed home. Blah. Other than that though, it was great! My nurse was covering triage, which I think was a great first day experience. Also, I never knew L&D had it’s own triage. Haha

Second, I’ve had to make drastic changes to my schedule. This semester is taking a lot of my time and I just can’t work as much as I have been. So now I’m only working 3 days a week, or 5 shifts. Sucks money wise, but if I don’t pass this semester it doesn’t matter.
