I was inspired to take today’s picture while we were driving to work. My car was still in the shop, so Will was dropping me off.
The windows were rolled down, and we were stopped at a red light when I noticed this neat rusted pipe next to me. It’s not often I’m in the passengers seat, but when I am I love to look around and see all the interesting things the world has to offer.
That’s one of my favorite things to do…find things that people don’t notice and put it in the spotlight. I love to look around until I see a small, forgotten weed hidden among the grass. That weed is beautiful too, most people just don’t take the time to look for it. It’s fun, and I love hearing people’s reactions to some of my photography.

I have always admired the way you have of finding the unusual things to take pictures of – things that many would not even thing are pretty to look at – but the way you photograph them, they are quite lovely!
